Our LED Flex Signs are made from silicone, not lower quality PVC. Silicone has a high heat resistance and does not discolour. The flex is mounted to an acrylic back panel with polished edges for that extra high quality finish.

This is NOT a real NEON SIGN, Neon Signs are only made out of glass by highly skilled artisans, and we can provide real neon signs as an in-house, custom made service to the UK and EU. Delivery:

Our standard delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. The signs usually arrive quicker, however we don’t like to promise something and not meet your expectations when part of the process is not within our control. If you are in need of something urgently we may be able to provide other signage options or real neon in a tighter time frame.

The larger sized signs may come in more than 1 piece. All signs come with silver sign supports and hanging chain, giving you a variety of ways to use your sign.

If in the unlikely event your sign arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, take photos and email them over. If the package itself looks excessively damaged (folded in half, big holes through package etc.), please reject the delivery upon arrival.

Installation:

The LED Flex Signs come with a clear 1.5m cable attached ready to plug into the provided power supply check out the installation blog above for full details.

Made in-house:

Every LED Flex Sign is made in our own workshop in Wallington, London. We cut the backing, shape and fix the silicone LED flex, wire and test every sign ourselves, so we control the quality and the lead time. Power supplies meet current UK standards and come with an IEC lead that passes a PAT test. For a closer look at the finish, watch our LED Flex Sign video.
